The Pacific Nutrition Collective (PNC) are experienced and like-minded wellness educators Keyrsten McEwan, Nancy Coles and Robert Wilson-Smith who create content for healthcare professionals and people serious about their health. With backgrounds in holistic nutrition, personal training, yoga teaching and cooking, we focus on evidence-based research and its applications in nutrition, food preparation and physical training.
